Mary McCormack (American actress) is well-known for the TV show "Murder One", The West Wing' and Loaded'. Also known for her films roles, she has appeared in "Private Parts", "Deep Impact", "True Crime" and 1408. McCormack was born to an ice-cream parlor owner and a clinical psychologist. The McCormack family does not have any connection to entertainment. McCormack attended Wardlaw-Hartridge School and, following the divorce of her parents in the year 1990, she enrolled to Trinity College in Hartford in Connecticut. She graduated in the BA program for Comparative arts. She began her career at 12 years old when she starred in the stage production 'Amahl & the Night Visitors,' a Christmas operetta. She continued to play in the theatre, and eventually landed parts on the small and the big screen. McCormack is now recognized as one Hollywood's most versatile performers. Michael Morris is her husband and she has three daughters.
